Drawing on a lifelong, deep-rooted connection to Jamaican heritage, Jackie identifies as Jamerican, ensuring authenticity is at the core of the restaurant’s offerings. This commitment is evident in their methods: Island Tingz utilizes only the freshest ingredients, and all signature seasonings and famous jerk sauce are expertly crafted in-house.
